Slow down, you hit your head

I've never knew what it's like to have a one track mind until recently. Recently, conversations with me start with "Did you know that I had a concussion?" Ad nauseum. Repeat.

So how did I turn into a skipping record? It's as easy as, "Hey let's go shred the Six Sided Octagon!"

Reality is, I don't want to be that person that only talks about their health issues. The flip side is that's all I can think about. Never before have I been dizzy and unable to walk a straight line for 90 minutes.

The most difficult part of this recovery is that there isn't much I can do except rest. As a person who is very active and on the go, this is almost like torture. I'm trying to adapt my lifestyle and find ways to still be "active" but not so rambunctious. This has also caused me to plan things out and maybe a benefit will be that I regain my ability to be on time.
